Pilates is exercise, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.
It will involve a certain amount of standing and floor work. However, most things can be modified to work with the participants.
The class will cater for beginners as well as improvers
The class is limited to around 12 people
Mats will be provided but many people prefer to bring their own, which is welcomed.
No shoes are needed, just loose comfortable clothing.
